I was here at 12:30am Sun January 18 2026. The lady that y'all have in management is doing a Poor job. Fast food should never take 35 minutes to receive. Y'all need to change your operations. Something is not right and very unorganized. This hurts the community

The sausage biscuit was great but I thought that I was going to have to exit the drive through and get in the outside lane to get them to take my order. When I arrived at the inside lane I drive through there was one car in front of me. I watched them take and process three orders on outside lane before they took the order of the car in front of me. Then they did the same to me when I arrived at the order screen. I sat and watched them take and process three more orders beside me while I tried to get their attention to take my order.

I stopped by this McDonald’s for breakfast and didn’t drink my caramel macchiato with extra caramel until I got to work so it could cool down a bit but it doesn’t taste like caramel or even like a macchiato. I tried calling the store, but the line was busy.

This location consistently asks customers to pull forward and park in the drive-thru even when there’s no one behind them. Today there was no car behind me when I was told to pull forward because they were still cooking fresh burgers. As I was leaving, the truck that had been behind me was also parked. At that point, it’s clear this isn’t about keeping the line moving it’s about clearing the drive-thru timer. The wait doesn’t disappear. It just moves into the parking lot. Drive thru metrics are supposed to measure real service performance so stores can improve. Parking cars to protect window times defeats that purpose and makes the experience feel disingenuous.

This place sucks. Sorry to be so blunt. Been stood at the register for 5-10 minutes, been walked past 20+ times. Not one person said hello or asked if they can help. Completely ignorant staff. Harsh, but fair.
