McDonald's

This is by far my go to McDonald's the managers are the best. I always order through the app. One day in a rush I place my breakfast order then I didn't realize it went through. I was only intending to order it close to 11am. Later when I was ready to go place the order I Tried to do it but it kept eating not available, breakfast was over. So I ordered again just my coffee. Came home only to realize I did place an order for breakfast but it was like 1:30 minutes earlier. I called and no problems come pick it up the next day!!! Great love it

Best McDonald's around in my opinion. I have tried many others, including several locations out of NJ and none have ever matched up to this location, in my opinion. Food is always hot and fresh. Friendly familiar staff and very clean/ organized.

I wish I took a picture of this black woman who’s maybe about 50-60 years old who had her hair in a bun and refused to give sauce condiments to both this young kid from the local middle school and myself after paying for our meals. This other young black male was so kind enough to pay for his sauces when she refused to give it to the kid. Even so after the man paid for the child he expressed that she was being rude and disrespect. SHE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IS DISRESPECTING PAYING CUSTOMERS SHE SHOULD BE FIRED. After that man left I had paid for my order and she refused to give me sauces as I rang it through the self order machines. IT IS NOT MY FAULT IF THE SAUCES SAY $0.00 IT IS THE COMPANIES, MANAGER OF THAT STORE and those employees for misleading customers on cost of condim

any time I go there the food taste better, the people serving me were a bit odd and some stuff was happing at the back which I saw that was weird, it was chill and quiet at the front tables and back too being able to chill while eating and overall its a nice quick place to eat

Absolutely pathetic customer service every time. Refusing to make a pick up order even though it was put in for the proper time. I have always had to wait in a parking spot when I go through drive thru, they must have the same owners as the Eatontown chipotle.
