McDonald's

Mobile ordered my food from this McDonald’s, got to the McDonald’s and there was a small line, still ended up waiting over 30 minutes to be served my food, of course it was missing all the fries! So I went inside where my fries were already bagged just never got given to me! Went home to enjoy my food with my family, my wife took the first bite of her burger and instantly knew it was not cooked fully. I’d be a little more understanding if they had been busy but it was a total of 1 family inside and 4 cars in the line. If you’re going to go to a McDonald’s this would be the last one I’d go to, especially if you want quality service and food. All around very disappointing! This is not the first time this exact thing has happened either. McDonald’s won’t take accountability for it, so I figur

The truth is that it's a terrible service. I ordered a Big Mac without pickles, and they put it. I also ordered a caramel frappe and it came to me without a straw

What is the point of ordering on the app? I ordered 20 minutes ahead, got here to get my food, and still got parked for 20 minutes. For 3 orders of nuggets and 2 happy meals. Come on man.

The staff is sweet but in the several times I’ve been here recently I can count on it taking 10-20 minutes to get my order with several people standing at the front waiting for their orders as well. I undertand if it was busy, but it seems fairly slow yet there is still a huge wait.

Hustling on the breakfast this weekend like they got paid commission for it. I have never had a problem with this McDonald's. If you want McDonald's and the second criteria is just your order being right, that makes it five stars for me. Always appreciate these folks when I roll up later at night after a tough day.
