I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. After waiting approximately 15–20 minutes for an order, I encountered unnecessary hostility and unprofessional behavior from a staff member upon entering the restaurant. As I walked in, she began yelling instructions without directing them to anyone specifically. There were several customers entering at the same time, so it was genuinely unclear who she was addressing. I later attempted to calmly explain this to the manager (who identified herself as Yungtee, or a similar name), letting her know there was no disrespect intended—I simply did not know she was speaking to me. Instead of listening or de-escalating the situation, she dismissed my explanation and stated that she “didn’t care,” insisting that she had already said w

This is greatest McDonald's ever. Corporate should use it as the prototype. The food is always hot and fresh when I pick up through the drive through. And it looks good enough to use in commercials. The staff are always pleasant and smiling.

Drive thru moved right along quickly, food was hot and employees were pleasant!

Idk how they made the biscuits today but they were delicious. Large, fluffy and crispy on the outside. Shout out to the chef! lol

The coffee is more expensive than the other location in the Mableton. Employees are always late to open the store. I've watch them make fresh coffee and poor themselves cups and then give the customer the bottom of the pot as if customers don't know whats going on. My home is next to this location, unfortunately I have to pass this location and head to the Veterans Memorial location. It's worth it... the coffee is soooo good and the service is amazing! Don't waste your money on Floyd they don't care about you spending your hard working dollars to keep them open.
