McDonald's

I am not say the place was bad because it wasn't. I think the staff members were just young they were not on the same sheet of music. I ordered two coffees and 13 cookies. It took close to an hour for me to receive my order. No one communicated. My coffee was cold. They were playing and out front chatting with friends. So, I don't think the business doesn't run well, but the oversight was lacking.

The employees here are the nicest McDonald's employees I have ever encountered. All smiles, friendly and personable. A big difference from the employees in the city. Thank you!!!! Great customer service!!!!

My children loved the Grinch meals that came with trendy socks. These were affordable and the kids were happy. So thats all that matters to me. Customer Service was great.

Food was good as it usually is from McDonald's..only bad thing at this McDonald's was that while I was there 3 people had to ask for their drinks. When my order arrived I had to ask for my drink also.

Manager didn't address me for 4 minutes finally comes to the window him in my drinks and I was busy trying to put my phone away and he got mad and put the drinks down and walked away. Then gave me the wrong chicken sandwich I had to go back to the drive-thru. Handed the wrong sandwich in he didn't say sorry he didn't say thank you he didn't say a damn thing to me. Gave me the right chicken sandwich however it's burnt along with the bun. Every time I go there when this manager is working there's a problem he seriously needs to get his act together. Update: 06/27 5:30 pm third pic is my burger with burnt bun and onions that were missed when they gave me this old burger and fries. Drink counter was filthy.
