McDonald's

This McDonald’s really needs to review its service. I was dining in and only ordered two chicken sandwiches, but I had to wait for 25 minutes. This was not the first time it happened, so I hope they will review and improve their service speed. I also noticed that drive-thru orders are served much faster, so why is it that dine-in orders take so much longer?

This McDonald’s is like… the best McDonald’s that I’ve ever had (food quality wise.) It’s almost like it’s not even McDonald’s. I had to admit that I can compare it to all over the country, just wanted to say shout out to your staff because they’re like… wizard level McDonald’s cooks.

No plastic straw in this branch. Never have this situation in other branch. And bathroom door can’t open by yourself. You need a staff to open it for you. It’s weird.

Horrible service. Everytime I go through the drive thru it’s a 20 min wait. There’s barely no customers in the restaurant. On top of waiting 20 plus minutes when I get my food it’s cold or sometimes they get my order wrong. Where’s the manager? Who’s running this restaurant? It’s not fair to the customers.

I have always liked McDonald's, but this place left me re-considering it. Either they are understaffed or untrained, but the wait time to get coffee and donut was really long, and service was below expectations. My intention was to try a Krispy-Kreme donuts, and I saw that they had a promotion at this location for a $1 coffee with a purchase of any donut, so I ordered it after waiting for somebody to come to the front for at least 10 minutes. Of course, they charged me the full price - not a big deal - and didn't put any milk or sugar in the coffee. But after I showed them the mistake the person serving me said, it was just $0.89, so what I was complaining about? And the manager, who came later to refund me the overcharge, snarkly whiched me "be happy" without any apologies.
