McDonald's

This location regularly forgets my condiments/sauces even when ive payed extra to add them to the order. Once i saw an employee spill a full medium lemonade in the lobby and they literally put a wet sign up and left the entire dangerous mess, on the floor, for the entire 20 minutes we were inside eating. You couldn't even walk around it because it was the whole walkway. Then my next visit, the toilet seat had a 5 inch smear of what you could tell was very dried feces. McDonald's needs to staff appropriately or get rid of metrics because important things aren't getting done outside of the drive through traffic

This is the worst I've have ever been to! The food is always wrong! I just sent my daughter to get my grandson a happy meal, two small fries and two cups of coffee. My daughter said "I forgot my creamer, I picked the cup up and it was empty! I told her and there was also no drink to go with the happy meal so I sent her back again. She calls me , they acted like she was lying! So, I then called them, she actually said " the lids were busted" no I told her they were not touched! " She then says they were drunk out of" No there was nothing to drink! My daughter worked there before and they didn't like her even called her by name when I sent her back! Look , I have no reason to scam McDonald's, We paid full price just like everyone else or they wouldn't have bothered giving us the 2 empty cups

Every time we order the food it's wrong. When it was cheaper it wasn't a big deal, but now that they're charging restaurant prices you'd think they can at least give you what you pay for. Ordered a toddler toy (under 3) for my daughter which turned into an over 3 kid toy (cards). This has happened twice. Ordered sauce which wasn't there. A 4pc chicken nuggets had 3 in it, and on top of that the double quarter pounder I ordered had one patty not two. When it's wrong it's really wrong.

Update! The supervisor called me and she is investigating the incident. She was very kind. I will update it from a one star to a three star because of her and the man running the window last night. But other than that it was still a bad experience. Had the most horrible experience tonight after my daughter’s band concert. First off when we got to the screen to order we were not greeted, we were asked what do you want. I didn’t mind that too much because they were busy. We ordered 2 cheeseburger $5 meals with sweet and sour sauce and one large coke and one large sweet tea. Then we added on two extra large fries. We pulled around to the window and paid. The total was $14.13. We were not offered our receipt. We pulled up to get our food and the guy working the window tried to give me 4 dri

A surprising small, but efficient little McDonalds located on the banks of the Muskingum River delivers fresh coffee and a happy smile. The drive thru seems busy and the view rates a “well done!” I recommend!
