Fact: Your local McDonald's used to be the place to go when you wanted to spend not too much money on lunch or dinner. These days, going there is a risky financial decision, especially when you want to try the new "Big Arch" burger. At a glance, this new meaty burger is massive (watch out, Whopper, you have new competition in town!). The Chicago-based fast-food restaurant chain claims this is the biggest hamburger it has ever offered. To the point: This burger comes with not one, but two quarter-pound beef patties, three slices of cheese, sliced onions, lettuce, pickles, and a creamy sauce (whatever this is)... for $8.29 (excluding sales tax). McDonald’s needs to address serious customer service and order accuracy issues at this location, and this experience has completely lost our business. During a recent visit through the drive-thru, the employee at the window was extremely unprofessional and dismissive toward When my wife politely asked if she could have a ranch or two with her meal, he laughed and said, “Yeah, we’re going to have to charge you for that,” in a mocking tone. When she followed up by asking about ketchup and mayonnaise, he responded that we would be charged for those as well, laughed again, and then walked away from the window instead of providing basic customer service. never can get the simplest thing right!!! I get the same thing every time I go... a snack wrap with just cheese no ranch no lettuce just cheese the wrap cheese and a piece of chicken!!!!?!!!!! That's it that's all they can't get that right they always put lettuce or ranch or no cheese or a plane plane it's just ridiculous they come up with ways to mess it up it up it really ridiculous because it happens way too often!!!!!!!!!

Always getting our order wrong, they rung it up wrong and we corrected at the window and they still rung it up wrong, gave us the wrong food, and didn’t acknowledge it. It also takes forever for the drive thru line to move.
