McDonald's

After working a double, I stop at McDonald’s to get dinner. Got home, warmed my food up in the microwave and took a bite into my snack wrap which apparently had raw chicken in it. The restaurant was closed or I would have called them and asked them to rectify it. Pretty disgusting honestly.

One of my family members works late, he got an order around 10:30-10:45 and the food was delivered by door dash by 11:10p.m. 11:15p.m.-. No problem with the door dasher the food was hot. The problem was the food, the burgers where burnt, no onions, no pickles, I think it had ketchup but it dried out and the burger was flat as a pancake. It was nasty looking, never had a problem with late McDonald's orders at night when the family member work late but this looks like it was old and they threw it into a bag I have a photos and can't figure out how to upload them

HORRIBLE costumer service they don’t pay attention the wait times is long I order a sausage egg and cheese bagel with breakfast sauce, got to work and realize there was no egg or breakfast sauce so I went back to the store and told the man about my issues he’s gonna say “ can I get you a side of breakfast sauce and call it even” I said absolutely not I want my sandwich fresh. Got my food came back to work my order was still WRONG they gave me a steak egg and cheese bagel with onions.

One should not have to wait almost 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich at peak lunch time(you think they would be prepped correctly). Also half filled cold fries were not exactly what we were looking for. Gave one extra star cause that did give me extra pickles on my sandwich.

Waited at the speaker box for 3 to 4 minutes while four other cars in the other line were being assisted. We pulled up to first window because no one would respond to the speaker and were met with attitude. We then pulled ahead to next window and was asked to pull into a parking spot. We waited at least 7-10 more minutes for our food. What is the point of the mobile app if it doesnt make anything quicker or easier? I felt like ordering in the app is where I went wrong. I did order extra sauce on my Big Mac, but the amount they put on it was absolutely ridiculous. I was only able to eat 3 bites, maybe 4, before it completely fell apart in my lap. Employees at McDonald's make a fairly decent wage, and I believe this should not have happened. Very disgusted with this location. It
