Whoever runs this location needs to get involved with ensuring employees are properly trained! Somehow McDonald's all around the country effectively setup teams to deliver fast service. And yet, this location struggles year after year. I've been waiting a half hour now for a small drive-thru order. The girl that brought the order was very apologetic and did a good job. I'm not blaming them. This is a leadership issue.

Can there be a 0 star! Waited long... order all messed up...paid more for less!...dirty employees...pretty sure one back behind counter wasn't even an employee! Heard before bad and stupidly stopped again unfortunately...wish someone in district would clean house and fix this place! Wasted money again! Pretty sure half drunk...other half high...no wonder this place has bad reviews...hope gets better...no idea what I just seen and witnessed! I guess never again...hope anyone else thinking to stop keeps going even if hungry! Something better ahead ...literally anywhere!

Horrible experience! The so called "Manager" finally took my order after waiting at the counter for some time. The Manager made my Frappe and filled it only about 2/3 full, with barely a drop of caramel in it. I watched the Manager eat fries out of the fry basket while he was filling an order. The Quarter Pounder With Bacon was cold, burnt, and completely dried out. It had barely any condiments on it. It was completely inedible. It ended up in the trash. The fries were not well done as ordered, so I waited additional time for a reorder. The whole experience was terrible. This was, by far, the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to. It should be shut down.

Walked in, tried to order at kiosk but what I wanted wasn’t listed. Waited to order at counter with another gentleman waiting for food. Asked if someone was taking orders and was told someone was there and they were working alone. Okay, we just wanted acknowledgement. Gentleman was given food and said he’d waited 1/2 hour. Girl looks at us and said “rude people can leave “. She delivers food to another person and goes back to work in back. Again no acknowledgement like I’ll be with you as soon as I can, in 5 minutes or anything. We left. Extremely disappointed. All we needed was an acknowledgement.

It's 9:10 a.m. on a Sunday morning. I waited 30 minutes for my meal and several people came in and out of the building with incorrect orders. The Lindsay Lohan wannabe running this place in the morning needs to be replaced. Even after 30 minutes my order was still incorrect because it had no cheese on the sandwich. I got my sandwich first with no hash brown then I got a hash brown then it was another 9 and 1/2 minutes before I got my drinks which made my food cold. It's literally a joke here and there was like 11 people working. Revamp revamp revamp! Update: I came back 4 hours later to use the restroom and there was an employee smoking a vape INSIDE the restaurant! Someone needs to check this place!!
