This McDonald’s is spotless. There will be a language barrier between some of the Spanish speaking employees and English speaking customers. Overall, they will try their best to communicate and provide good customer service. The app was giving me a hard time because my order would not go through and the manager allowed me to order the big hotcake breakfast 10 mins after 10:30.

First off their prices are significantly more compared to other McDonald's locations. Secondly, they are painfully slow and unprepared. I stopped here at 9:30 am for breakfast and every car was told to pull into spots to wait for their food.

It’s always frustrating coming here. Half of the staff does not seem to understand English fully when ordering and then something in your order half the time is wrong. Had it after today after having to have them fix my order twice and they still got it wrong but had to get to work with food I do not eat.

This is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, mobile order are meant to be ready when you arrive and I always end up waiting 20 minutes for food I ordered 10 minutes beforehand. When I do deliveries I end up canceling orders because I’m waiting 45 minutes for orders. When I go to the drive thru I can’t even get a “hello” I just hear “what’s your order”

Chronically infuriating. I don’t know why I keep coming here. I always have to “pull over” and wait for my food with every visit and the order is usually not correct. The staff doesn’t seem to know what’s happening in the drive through.
