McDonald's

Very disappointed.I went through the drive-thru and ordered a kids meal and a McDouble meal with no cheese. When I got my order, the McDouble only had a bun and meat, and barbecue sauce was given instead of ketchup. This wasn’t what I ordered, and it was disappointing to see the order made incorrectly. I’d appreciate it if someone could contact me to help resolve this or let me know who I should reach out to about the issue. Thank you.

Wow..just wow. Immediately needs new staff!!! Why lobby not open at 830 pm to RETURN an incorrect meal WITH stale fries !!!!!!!! Then I had to go back through drive through to return, which was a long line AGAIN. NOW JALIYAH was kind however MYA wanna pop off at the mouth telling me to shut up. 🤣 you work at McDonald's, I don't. ✨️✨️ MAKES Sense Y LOBBY CLOSED. IT WOULD BE SEVERAL CATASTROPHIC ENGAGEMENTS.

I stopped by and ordered in store on 2/13. The staff was a loud and somewhat obnoxious but it seemed like they were having fun and it reminded me of me and the crew I worked with at McDonald’s when I was 16 in the 90s. The lobby was a bit dirty and only 2 other people were there ordering but the drive thru was jam packed with about 15 cars. I got my food in less than 10 minutes and in that time they had at least half the cars served. Other than the messy lobby I really don’t have any complaints!

I ordered two McRib combos online to go. They put my McRib on a hamburger bun and they didn’t say anything about being out the correct bun.

Food was good and hot 🔥 we dine in and my grandkids enjoy the inside play area and the only thing is that no table was clean had to go in the bathroom to get paper towels to wet and wash the table but it wasn't any in their I didn't ask the staff for a towel because they was real busy but later had to ask for a towel and she came and wash the table for us .As we're leaving I had a survey code for buy one get one on any sandwich and order a sweet tea I love that because it use to be you can't get but a quarter pounder so as I place my order I got my free refill as my order got ready she gave me my sandwiches but not my sweet tea and when I ask her for it she saw my refill drink which was a coke and said she already gave me Mt drink I tried to show her my receipt she didn't want to look at i
