After the order was placed I waited 30 minutes for a 4 person order. When I asked for a manager the manager was very rude and argumentative. I watched order after order being served in the drive thru. The manager said "what do you want me to do.". My reply was assist the person in the front. Her response was "She's new and I'm making the food. If I don't make the food then no one gets it." That was not true there were people in the kitchen making food. I got the food just as we were having this so called conversation with no drinks. She said what did you order for drinks. I said I didn't get a receipt and her response was her screaming at me you don't know what you ordered. I did but she wasn't understanding there was no receipt due to the printers not working. Nice quick meal for my road trip. For the burger, the bun is soft and puffy, fish meat is thick, smooth and crispy outside. The mcnugget and fries are crispy, too.

The last 4x my order was wrong and service is horribly slow. Cashier gave the guy ahead of me $20 extra in change. Ice machine was empty at noon. ??? And NO ONE including the managers has a clue. Manager made multiple complaint comments about her workers out loud in front of customers. Maybe she should take more of a hands on since NO ONE there is trained properly. That's ALL ON HER. NEVER stepping foot in there again.

Finally a McDonald’s that toasts the muffin perfectly and crunchy. Thank you. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Thank u. See ya again soon

This location is usually very good: serving hot fresh food, crispy golden brown fries and the orders are accurate. Today I had my first bad experience at the Mt. Morris location. I ordered the two cheeseburger meal and both burgers were slapped together in a disrespectful way haphazardly. The pictures are in this review. There was more ketchup and mustard OUTSIDE the bun than on the burger making it damn near impossible to pick up and eat. I didn’t discover this until I had left as I had placed a mobile order for the drive-thru or else I would have brought it inside and had the burgers remade in a sensible fashion. This was just disgusting and gross.
