McDonald's

Cold food, hard burger buns, missing sauces, soggy happy meal box bottom (fries dumped into box, pushing through the soggy bottom). Keep giving this place different attempts, thinking each time they’ll get better. Employees are friendly but clearly don’t have any desire to be there or do what they are paid to do in any sort of proficient manner. Been to a McDonald’s in Kuwait that was even better than this.. go to the New Haven rd one. This one is definitely the late night last resort kind…

i get off a long day of work, excited to roll up to the rubber ave. mcdonald’s drive thru for my timeless, my classic $6 meal deal because i’ve been thinking all day about that delicious mcdouble. now usually, i check my bag after its handed to me to ensure everything is in tact, but today i guess i let my guard down bc how could they forget to put in such a key, a vital aspect to the meal? so tell me why i get home, change out of my work clothes, and settle down to enjoy my meal to find out they forgot to put in my mcdouble. my sweet mcdouble, that i’ve been longing for all day. and now, i’m here, mcdoubleless, writing this review, eating my mcdoubleless chicken nuggets and mcdoubleless fries and washing it down with my mcdoubleless drink. and i’m freaking mcdoubleless mad.

Cold fries and tasteless ice coffee on 1/21. Very disappointed after decades. Use to be 5 stars every time with hot food & happy employees before the renovation & lockdown.

I pulled up to this restaurant to pick up an online order and the drive thru line was AROUND THE CORNER! Everyone literally parked their car. I called and got the RUDEST attitude while she told me that they are closed..? At 4:30 pm?? Ridiculous. It’s never ending with this location.

If I can give them a negative stat for service, I would. First off, the manager sucks! She’s not helpful at all and the people making the food can not read simple plain English! Every time I go in there, they make my burger however the hell they want instead of reading the simple ticket. I called and explained to the manager that someone can die if they put an ingredient on the burger that they were allergic to and she was not sympathetic at all. Only offered me to come all the way back in to get another one. I asked for the number to corporate and her response was she was too busy with other customers to complete my request although I was already a customer. I have made three corporate complaints on this store. I watched the worker put together my burger wrong even while reading the ticke
