McDonald's

This is by far the Best McDonald's in the area. The place is always clean, the employees are always friendly and the food comes out quickly and none of it is smashed. This McDonald's has been exemplary for the 35 years I've been coming here.

I'm only leaving this review because I would never return back to this establishment. Which is unfortunate because I know for a company so large, loosing 1 customer has zero impact or meaning to them. But anywhom...Once a week for the past 3 to 4 months I have ordered the exact same thing and every time I recieved my order it was wrong. It happened so often that me and the cashier would just laugh at how ridiculous it was. I was very understanding about it but after the 15th time it happened I decided to express my concern. Mainly because the most recent time before they added ingredients that go against my diet restrictions. So before I placed my order I told the women at the speaker my concern and let her know i was going to talk slowly and clearly and maybe we could all work together f

We brought a group of 50 people on a bus tour and made the McDonald’s in New Paltz our stop both ways for the weekend. We called ahead on the way down, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and impressively fast. All 50 of us received our orders quickly and without a single mistake! On our way back, we gave them about an hour’s notice, and once again the service was fantastic. The team handled our large group with efficiency and a great attitude. The bathrooms were also very clean, which we truly appreciated! Thank you to the entire staff!

Gave my order to someone else and when we went in to get a new one made, the woman gave us attitude like we were inconveniencing her. Also refused to give us the right drink for said order.
