McDonald's

Went thru the drive thru and told the server i wanted 2 number 2 with orange juice to drink for both. Server said so youbwant a number 2. I said i want 2 number 2 with orange juice to drink with both. Also a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with a single order of biscuit and gravy. Paid got 2 orange juice and was told to pull up they were waiting on my order. Lady came out with on bag said it was my order of 2 number 2 and a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. I said i also had a biscuit and gravy. She said oh let me go check. Finally came out with it. Biscuits and gravy has went down hill. Get a biscuit and some gravy.

I am a dasher! I just want to give a special props to an employee named Brice! Everytime I walk in, he is super attentive always working hard and very polite/kind. He encourages other employees with hand shakes! Great customer service kid! Keep up the good work! Let's recognize him! I do hear tension with some of the others in the kitchen area. Maybe have those talks privately. And more smiles.

Me and my bf normally sit across the street for door dashing. Yesterday we got water here, through the drive through and they gave us 2 small waters, no problem. Today, we go through the drive through to grab some water before heading to our dasher, and they ask us if we’re using our mobile app and such. We said no and someone came to the intercom, said “what can I get for you?” we asked for 2 waters. We wait a minute and get nothing. Then the same person comes back and says “I can get your order whenever you’re ready.” I’m fed up because it’s hot and I just want my water so my bf drives around and stops at the window. We wait another minute before someone asks us what we need. We tell them we asked for 2 orders and they tell us they don’t give out WATER through the drive through because t

I have never had an issue with this McDonalds until last night with the little girl who worked at the drive through. If her name is Elizabeth or not, they may have given me an incorrect name. They couldn’t get the orders right in the drive through lane, proceeded to ask me for my receipt, got confused because they messed the row of orders up. Proceeds to give me incorrect order, I tell her it’s incorrect, LASHES out at me because my receipt is incorrect. I’m talking YELLING at ME because the receipt is not MY order? I’m pretty sure that is McDonalds fault and not the CUSTOMERS fault? Maybe do your job correctly and this all wouldn’t be an issue. Getting defensive and screaming at customers because you are stressed all of your orders are incorrect now is very much a McDonald’s staff problem

I am a caregiver for special needs people that love to go to McDonald’s. I have to keep track of every penny that they spend last two weeks in a row. I went through McDonald’s to get a drink and they do not give out pennies anymore. McDonald’s need to change their prices to accommodate for that purpose How much money is McDonald’s making by not giving out pennies to every customer that comes through their paying cash.
