McDonald's

This is probably the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I come here several times a week, and I’m always greeted by polite and friendly staff. They have never once messed up my order, and they always give me an extra sauce. The food is prepared quickly, and the restaurant is always clean. Special thanks to the staff who take care of keeping the place spotless. Sometimes they even help me clear the table when my hands are full or when I’m with my child. The staff always ask how I’m doing, which makes the atmosphere very welcoming. This week, I saw two girls come in with a service dog, and the staff brought the dog cold water because it was hot outside. That was such a kind gesture and really touched me. I enjoy coming here even when I’m not very hungry—sometimes I just sit and have a coff

They wouldn't let us in; they stood by the door and wouldn't open it. Then, when we finally went in, paid for our order, and sat down to eat, they started kicking us out. We calmly asked why (to which they started mumbling some excuse). Then we calmly said we'd just eat quickly and leave, and then they started threatening us with the police (as far as we understood, because they were speaking incoherently and then, when we asked them to repeat themselves, they immediately ran away).

This was my trip to try out the recently much heralded Big Arch burger. Given all the social media coverage, I was expecting crowds, but no such thing. I took the option of adding 3 roma tomato slices. It has the same two burger patties as the double quarter pounder, with three slices of processed ‘cheddar’ along with both slivered and crispy onions. It was smothered in a white sauce and a blizzard of finely chopped lettuce. I certainly needed the five napkins they provided. I was greasy to the point that it slipped around as I tried to pick it up, experiencing a rapid unplanned disassembly about half way through. Was it big? Yes. Was it messy? Extremely! Was it tasty? Somewhat. Not queuing up a repeat visit anytime soon.

The employees at this McDonald’s are spectacular!!!!! I recently had to pick up 17 Happy Meals for my kids class and the McDonald’s by my house didn’t serve lunch until 11am! This was the second closest and I hurriedly placed an online order at 1036am. I called and explained my situation if they could please start working on it, the lady (Sylvana I believe) was so sweet! She took my order and when I arrived at 11, everything was ready for pickup (versus waiting for the app to recognize I was close by!). They even boxed it and helped me carry to the car. Thank you all so much!!!! Words cannot express how grateful I am for kind people like you. You made 17 kids very happy that day! Thanks again for your assistance

Sigh. Beware if you don't buy nuggets you cannot have dipping sauces according to the two managers on duty, saying that a McDonald's policy. After spending $36 and not being able to get 3 sweet and sour and 3 barbecue, I got a refund and went to Wendy's down the street....got all the sauces I wanted. Won't be back to the good ole arch...... Do bett
