Drive thru order for 2 cheeseburgers only to get home and there be no burgers in either bun. Both had cheese, ketchup, mustard and pickles but no meat. Are your Employees playing jokes on people ? If so, not funny. Update- I called the store number and it took 5 calls to get an answer. The manager seemed overwhelmed and apathetic offering no real concern or even an explanation as to how her employees could wrap 2 cheeseburgers w everything but the burgers.

I had a simple order of 2 plain cheese burgers with bacon and they forgot the bacon even though it says it on the paper. With the ridiculous costs they should have better service. Also the fries are cold.

I don't know why, it could be the people, it could be the rest area, or the massage chairs... but I love making a stop here every time I can. If you could only see my coffee order and it always taste same as ordered

I ordered a Filet-O-Fish Meal from this McDonald’s location today and after almost finishing my Medium Diet Coke, I discovered a metal clip at the bottom of the cup. It looked like it may have come from internal soda machine equipment. I’m very concerned about possible rust or contamination, especially since I had already consumed most of the drink. I’ve submitted a formal complaint to McDonald’s corporate and am waiting for a response. This experience was extremely upsetting and has completely shaken my trust in McDonald’s. I hope they take this seriously and conduct a full investigation.

This is not what I expect from a well-known brand that prides itself on customer satisfaction.
