I usually never had any problems with them. But it’s annoying using a reward for an item and then not even receiving it. I would in fast food too like please make sure everything is in there before yall bag it up.

I walked into McDonald’s hoping for a quick, decent meal, but the entire experience left me wondering why I bothered. The food has gone so far downhill that it barely resembles what it used to be. My fries were the first disappointment—lukewarm, limp, and tasting like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp long enough to give up on life. They were so oversalted in some spots and flavorless in others that it felt like each fry came from a different batch altogether. The burger wasn’t any better. The patty tasted bland, almost metallic, like it had been reheated instead of freshly cooked. The bun was oddly stale, with a texture that was somehow both dry and gummy. Fast service, and it's always a plus when they get your order correct the first time! Prefer to travel further to this location as opposed to going to the one on Sawmill Road, where service is always inaccurate and slow Loving their updated decor. Don't get me wrong, I do miss the old field with the carousel seating and the outdoor playground for kids

My visit around 10:15 PM was profoundly disappointing. The service from the Spanish-speaking cashier was cold and dismissive; she acted as if she genuinely did not want to help us. This was in sharp contrast to how she treated other customers, whom she greeted with genuine smiles and friendliness, creating an incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. Beyond the poor service, the food was unacceptable. For the first time ever, the McDonald’s fries were inedible, tasting stale, limp, and overwhelmingly like old, burnt oil. This combination of shockingly bad food quality and blatantly inconsistent service guarantees that I will not be returning to this location. Management needs to address staff professionalism and kitchen standards immediately.

I am boycotting McDonald's, the food is always cold,I am now a burger king patron. I'm greeted with a smile and fresh hot food,not like I have 2 heads being a white 63 year old woman!
