Order took at least 30 mins to be cooked. Drinks were flat and no sweet The fries were cold when he finally received them.

Spent $30 on the mobile app for an order for pick up at 10:43pm on 10/23/25, come in to pick up my food, wait for an hour and a half just to find out that “they called my number” before I had even arrived and then said they can’t give me my food because of their “policy.” Do not spend your money at this sorry excuse for a McDonalds. I get that it’s fast food so you can’t expect the best service, but c’mon. An hour and a half and $30, and no food or drink to show for it at all. The workers are terrible, the food is dry, and it takes 15 mins on a good day to get your food. Terrible restaurant. Needs to hire better managers. And really just an entire new and better staff.

I went to this restaurant Sunday, October 5, 2025 at 9:33. I had pla e my order on the McDonald's app ahead of time to ensure my order would be expedited. However I didn't get my food until 10: 40. As I waited for my order I saw multiple employees leave the restaurant. I went in to see what was going on and saw only two employees working. In the meanwhile the drive through window was closed and no one working the counter. Additionally, the parking lot was full and customers were upset but no one offered any explanation. When I finally got my order the food was cold and when I employee at the window, I was told to drive around the store and get back in line. The line was long and moving slow. This was an awful experience and poor customer service.

Fries were piping hot, salted deliciousness; coke was cold and strong, how I like it! Overall, their fries are UNMATCHED, strawberry cream pies make a horrible day, bearable & a large coke just tops it an off with a cold cherry!! Try the Double Qt. Pounder, it's pretty good when prepared right.

Honestly terrible. I waited for 40 min on an app order. The lobby in front of the counter was full of people WAITING for food. The staff acts like they have attitudes. No efficiency whatsoever. They probably don’t have good teamwork in the back either. They brought out my mcflurries 20 min before my food that I purchased to go, I will keep 1 star because they did remake them vs. refund since they were basically milk sitting in a drink carrier. I told another person waiting, specifically DoorDash/uber eats— this is why people go to Chick-Fil-A, and he agreed with me. If you want to wait all day for “FAST FOOD”, I recommend this McDonald’s.
