I went to 1155 us-46 Parsippany. NJ McDonald's Oct. 18.2025 t o get something to eat. I decided to get the filet o fish combo.it is rather strange than it came out as quickly as it did. Fries were warm, sandwich wasnt freshly made and diet coke was looking light in color , and to mention that it was a drive thru orderr. I won't go back to that location again. Best thing anyone else could do is just go insde for your order to mske sure that you get everything the way it should be made. And it order number 73and as i see, certain employee's need to be retrained of how to take orders and know how to run a credit card and to r refund a credit card as asked instead of saying yes they refunded the card and didnt to be able to charge another caed in full. Ordered curbaide pickup. Waited 18 minutes. Pulled into the drive thru. Apparently my pies were cooking. They didn't think to come and tell me or bring the rest of my food, just left me waiting and waiting and waiting. In the drive thru they said the pies had 2 more minutes and to pull back around to park. Took them an additional 7 minutes to bring the food out!

They make "fast food" take too long.. theres always a wait at this location for your food after you order it ahead of time in the app and to top ot off the food i had to wait to he cooked is cold as well

Came today at around 11:30a - 12:00p. This place is not veteran friendly on Veterans Day. As a matter of fact, the person said, "Nothing for veterans today, not any day". A simple "no" would have been suffice, idk why the extra comment.

I scheduled a pickup by drive thru. The mic was not working so I went to the counter and asked. They replied like an attack. Worse service. I never seen such service. I don’t visit again.
