Extremely outrageous and terrible service! I completed my order, and when I went to pick it up, I was told that I had canceled it myself. I truly can’t understand whether the staff have any sense of empathy for customers. If I was already there to pick up my food, why would I cancel my order? I’m extremely disappointed with this McDonald’s, and the worst part is that this has happened more than once. That’s why I’m leaving my experience here so everyone is aware.

We came here after a long day, we ordered a lot of food but the food was given to someone else by mistake. However, the worker named Gabriel very quickly and professionally dealt with this situation while also giving us extra food! Thank you Gabriel for your help!

Well if u can manage to park your ok . But the drive threw line goes into the parking lot onto the street so people trying to park can’t and then when you do leave your stuck .. and use the bathroom before you come every time was disgusting . Food ok . Service sucks if you miss your number call they leave it up front behind the desk and then disappear. I got kids so it takes a while to get to the front . Usually end up going in the back to get the food myself .. ah it is what it is . It is Perth Amboy so don’t expect any great experience lol

I ordered a hamburger, 4 piece chicken nuggets and a small fry. I am sitting in the parking lot as I speak and the food was literally ICE COLD…for almost $9. The most disgusting things I have ever ordered in a McDonald’s drive through. I have been coming here for years but I will not return. I wasted my money. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

WHAT TYPE OF FISH FIL A IS THIS ?!!!!! That bread looking sad as hell idk how long that sandwich been sitting there will def be going tomorrow to get my money back !!!! De verdad that mcdonalds se esta callendo!!! The food is getting worse by the day . Idk what type of contamination they doing (ALLEGEDLY) but THIS AINT IT
