Shout out to the lovely yet thorough lady taking drive thru orders. I’m loving her vibes, she’s nice , friendly and did an excellent customer service.She deserves recognition/raise . Hope everyone is like her👌🏻👍🏻! Im drinking my ice coffee and eating my pies with a 😊

Staff was helpful and fast. Our order was accurate and delicious. Store was alittle messy in spots but not too bad

1/26/2026 10:51 PM Disappointing customer service experience. I attempted to use a promotional deal through the McDonald’s app and provided the code to the cashier, who stated it was invalid even after repeating it twice. When I asked if the barcode could be scanned at the window, I was told there was no scanner available. This was surprising, as I have previously ordered in-store at this location and successfully had my app barcode scanned. Unfortunately, no effort was made to review the app on my phone or offer an alternative solution to honor the promotion. Additionally, being charged 40 cents per sauce added to the frustration. Overall, the lack of assistance and customer service was disappointing.

Pros: Location indoor remodeling completed. Cleaner look and feel. Front cashier or large menu kiosks available for ordering.. Cons: Dine in area feels smaller. 2 seat single tables chairs feel like you're sitting on the ground. Congested drive thru blocks parking area.

The guy who took my order and the one who handed me my food were both so friendly and polite. It was such a pleasant surprise. The new pumpkin and cream fried pies are amazing!! Delicious and hot!
