McDonald's

Feb 22, 2026. So I haven’t been to McDonald’s in a longggggggg time. So long I got a mean six pack, but I went about a month ago and came back twice since. Not sure why this place is only getting 3 stars. My wait time was 5 mins. The food was warm and to my exact specifications. Every bite was nostalgic and reminded me of being a kid going to McDonald’s. 3 times I been there in a month and everytime I said I’ll go back. I’ll see them soon

It’s McDonald’s. Loud greasy. I can’t believe they pitched the salads. Friendlys is next door if you want something slightly more healthy This place is either really busy or totally dead. Either way. You wait. You will wait to be waited on for counter service. Or wait for your food to be cooked Then the yelling begins from the great beyond then your food arrives. I rather skip McDonald’s all together and eat better quality food at a sit down resturant. But hey. That’s just me.

I’ve had several disappointing experiences at this McDonald’s location. Each time I visit, something is always unavailable, and it’s nearly impossible to use my rewards. The system rarely pulls them up, and staff never offer any accommodation when that happens. Today was another frustrating visit. They were out of soda and sweet tea—only orange juice and coffee were available. I asked if I could substitute orange juice for the sweet tea at the same price since the drinks I wanted weren’t available. The employee told me “no,” saying they’re not allowed to make that adjustment. It’s frustrating to be inconvenienced repeatedly without any effort to make things right. Good luck getting your order correct the first time. Cant count how many times ive gone and its always something. Just literally put the fries in the bag.

Went through the drive thru here this morning and the line was very long, so it took a while. The staff member I dealt with was nice. We ordered two Hash Browns, an egg McMuffin, and a sausage McMuffin with egg and it came to over $12 with the governor's tariff (tax). That seems very expensive for what we ordered, but it checked out... Bottom line, I can get fresh restaurant food just as fast and for the same cost, if not cheaper. I suppose it is due to the increases in the state's minimum wage that is only going to increase. Then again, with only the drive thru, there is clearly less employees, so perhaps the prices aren't justified at all. This is not going to be good for business, but what do I know? I know my visits to McDonalds will be farther and fewer in between.
