McDonald's

The drive through has issues, but it's because it's always busy. This McDonald's is one of the better ones we've been to for dining in. The food is above average for McDonald's. But this place gets 5 stars for the valiant efforts of the kids who work there to keep the place clean and running smoothly despite the collection of college students and homeless who make it a challenge. Salute!

Ordered a ten piece chicken nugget meal last night and waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I thought at least my food would be warm if they are taking time to prepare my food. I opened my bag to a half container of cold fries. Nuggets were kind of warm at least.

You've gotta love it when you eat in the parking lot expecting to get a refill because the lobby hasn't closed yet, and you walk up to the door being locked early. We rushed over from the Yellowstone one because they had locked it early too, made it on time and were super disappointed to find they had also locked their lobby early. Absolutely no excuse for a "24/7" fast food place.

It's McDonald's so you don't expect much, the only person that gave me good service was this kid with tattoos on his face that should show that you can't judge somebody by the way they look. I had an issue and asked for a manager but they're too busy in their office.

Waited 30 minutes for a small fry and two burgers. I placed a curbside order at 11:09 and waited until 11:30 when I finally just left. I understand the lunchtime rush and all but 30 minutes? For two hamburgers and fry? Give me a freaking break. This isn't even the first time it's happened, either. The last time it happened, it wasn't even remotely busy. Took myself to the taco truck where they gladly served me in less than 15 minutes.
