McDonald's

I took my Grand kids to McDonald's for lunch. I skipped breakfast and was getting hungry as well, but I never eat at McDonald's. Well I tried the 1/4 pound burger and fries for the last time ever. Its was inedible. The kids enjoyed their happy meals, of course!

I am a Door Dasher, and had an oder to pick up at 11:45pm Saturday, Feburary 28th. And it was busy. Which happens around noon. However, the Manager's answer was to ignore the people in the lobby waiting on their orders amd focus ONLY on drivethrough. After being there for 10 minutes I started grumbling, and people began talking. One woman had been there longer than me and had only ordered a frappachino. Another lady was missing a cup, but she got tired of waiting and stepped behind the counter and grabbed it after failing to get the manager's attention several times. What pushed me to write this was the guy who had waited 10+ minutes with me to get his meal. He came back because they'd missed an item. He tried to get the manager to help him. He ignored him. I tried. He ignored

4 stars for the food as it's fast food, and I've gotten a few mutilated orders, but the majority has been great, and they are so kind. Be patient here, and that will be rewarded, if even necessary. Very fast.

Very dirty nobody was wearing a hair net or gloves. It was disgusting watching people touch my food with long hair dangling over it . I had to clean my own table. They didn't seem busy to me. I did complain to the manager and she was respectful but that doesn't mean anything.

You're single person and order a single thing you're good to go but if you have a family and order a large order be prepared to have your order smashed. Put in one bag. With sauce and flattened burgers everywhere.
