I ordered a spicy deluxe combo and instead I was given a regular chicken (not spicy at all). The fries were old, super crispy, they tasted like they were from the bottom of the frier and they were hard to chew. Pretty dissatisfied since I love a good spicy deluxe combo

ORDERED 15 MINUTES IN ADVANCE. SAID WAIT 15 MINUTES FOR 3 HAPPY MEALS. HAD TO GO IN THE GUY THERE SAID "SHE HAS AN ATTITUDE MAKE HER WAIT" GRABBED THE HAPPY MEALS AND LEFT CAUSE THEY WERE JUST SITTING ON THE COUNTER. DO NOTTTT RECOMMEND

The worst drive thru experience I was met with attitude from the pink haired staff and my food was messed up and when I returned to the drive thru I was met with condescending and rude remarks including "That's not my problem." On top of that when I was handed the burger it was thrown into my car with no regard for the quality. Horrible customer service will not be returning until appropriate changes are made.

I just want to say the the manager at night I think his name was Kenny is doing an amazing job at this location they didn’t have vanilla shake I call and I explained to him that it was not showing in the app and he offered me a different item, I felt heard he has good costumer service, I place my order Jan 29 around 11:30pm

This location was only open for drive-thru when I visited. It appears to be remodeling inside. You can see some contractor materials in some of the images. That said, the drive-thru is pumping along at a good pace, and food is still getting out to the masses. I didn't eat here, so I can't, in all fairness, give a true assessment. It appears externally to be a fast efficient and tidy location.
