McDonald's

Ok it’s McDonald’s, so 5 stars in context. All the food was hot and made fresh from what I could tell. It tasted like it’s supposed to. Breakfast. The dining area and restrooms were spotless. There were kiosks, but the cashier was extremely helpful with my mom who “doesn’t do technology” and rang her up the regular way. She even brought the food to the table. Conveniently located, obviously- it’s McDonalds. Parking was easy and easy to get back on 97. So yeah, exactly what I wanted from my stop.

Refused to answer the phone after calling and ringing 7 times, when someone did answer they immediately hung up on me. They made my food wrong and all i wanted was to have it remade correctly. Horrible and unacceptable customer service.

On occasion, not having working or charged mobile device to utilize app and deals, management has been over the top 5 stars with accommodating deals and prices. Other members of staff, not so helpful or willing to facilitate good customer service ( skills ) for customer satisfaction and retention (0 stars). It would be helpful to have kiosk where checking in and using app without a mobile device within the restaurant lobby could eliminate negative connotations associated with why a customer doesn't have a working mobile device at their disposal.

My favorite question. “Does it look right on the screen?” That question doesn’t matter if it’s wrong in the bag. I saw sauce on the screen, but in the bag no sauce. I saw light ice yet not light ice. Yeah that was my experience at this McDonalds do with this information as you like.

Food was good, not super fresh but that's mcds. The girl got frustrated at a simple question, never got a greeting smile or enjoy. Expect for Kendra, she came up and greeted us and talked to my daughter, super sweet lady!! She's the only reason im adding a star back ☺️
