McDonald's

We go to this location quite often. We almost always have good service here. The food is hot, fresh and received quickly. Would like to shout out to Jeff-very friendly, caring employee. Also a shout out to Maria-she is a very kind, helpful employee. Both of these individuals are great people! Always willing to answer questions and go the extra mile for customers!!

We pulled up 5 minutes before close. We were greeted and asked what we wanted to order .. we asked for a second. He said we close at 6. We asked if we could still order He said yes. We started ordering and he cut us off and said we couldn't order anymore because our order was to big. Its Christmas eve this was the last stop and last place open to grab food. Very disappointing and very unprofessional. If you are open until a certain time you serve your customer until that time.

I went thru the drive thru around 1045 pm on 7/14/25 and ordered some food. (Not sure why the receipt says 7/11/25 and 7:20pm when the grill slip has the correct time at 22:48.) The French fries tasted rubbery. The nuggets were old. And I asked for my burger no cheese and no pickle. There was cheese on it. The whole meal was trash. When you keep raising the prices of your food, you should be serving hot food. DO BETTER MCDONALDS!

The fountain area was disgusting, clearly had not been cleaned for hours. All trash can were over flowing and tables were dirty.

This place is sterile. The burgers have shrunk. There is more bread than meat. I don’t eat at these restaurants unless desperate and this proves why. I watched another elderly gentleman bring his chicken back up and showed the employee lol dry and pathetic. It looked not to mention extremely small. Fortunately for him they were willing to replace the chicken sandwich probably with another puny chunk of meat. There is no recycling any of the plastic here (must not matter to the restaurant or community 🤷🏻) The taste of the puny “burger” was as I remember; quite tasty. The french fries were delicious as they are every time I’ve had them.
