McDonald's

There's a great team here. It's evident in the level of customer service, these young men and women are actually satisfied with knowing that they got your order correct. That's what I'm impressed with, they have an awesome leader/manager.

Today I had a terrible experience. Here's what happened: I ordered food through the app and selected curbside pickup. After a long wait, I decided to go to the counter to see what was going on. When I got there, they told me I hadn't paid, even though I had already paid with my card. They wanted me to pay again. After they realized it was their mistake, they gave me my order. Since I was in a hurry because I had waited, I didn't take the time to check. When I got home, I realized my order wasn't complete; several items were missing. I called the restaurant, but they didn't answer. What should have been a nice meal for my family and me turned into a terrible experience, awful service, and paying for something I didn't receive.

Very bad customer service. I initially wanted to use the restroom, but they wouldn't let me in without placing an order. Then they accused me of smoking in the restroom, even though I don't smoke at all. Perhaps they treated me so badly because of how I looked when I arrived.

Horrible experience! always messing up orders or forgetting, not stocked. Wait time is lowkey wild too shesh

The managers don’t respect kids. The chicken nuggets are bad. The fries are dry. The service is bad the managers like to yell at people and disrespect people. I do not think this is a good place to eat at because this McDonald’s in Roosevelt is the worst McDonald’s in the state.
