McDonald's

EVERY time, they mess up my order! I always order light lettuce and NO onion. I cant eat onion. They always put onion on them. What if i was highly allergic instead of it just making me sick? Either they can't read, can't follow instructions, or don't know what they are doing. Apparently they don't care if they make people sick, and have absolutely no respect for customers or this would not happen REPEATEDLY.

The fact that even if I order food on the app and take 15 minutes to get to McDonalds I still have to park and wait for another 15 minutes to get my food. Let's not set here and lie and pretend we're making all this food fresh because we all know that's not true. Start learning how to plan ahead with your food preparation. This is beyond ridiculous or just close the doors so a different fast food place can try their hand.

So I have the same problem everytime. I honestly dont know how this McDonald's is still standing after the soap many people continuesly being rude in the drive thru to the point you get cut off by no answer to answer the first lane after the guy kept hounding me and hounding me to pick a drink, like get off your phone and listen to what I said 5 times. Then I tried to come inside to order but no everyone wants to stand there and talk and talk 30 minutes go by by the time im able to order my food and get it. Like really. How very rude. I know how fast food people are supposed to treat there guests I used to work in the industry, but that's not it!!!

NASTY HAIRS IN BURGERS First of all, it took forever to get my order. When I finally pulled up, the employees were blasting rap music with loud, inappropriate lyrics and rapping along. It was extremely unprofessional, and I had my kids with me, which made it even worse. They never get orders right at this location. I paid for a side and didn’t receive it, yet again. To make matters worse, THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY BURGER. I threw the entire meal away and will never return. Customer service is basically nonexistent. Inside the store, you are forced to use self-order screens that do not work half the time. One time I stood there waiting to talk to an employee so I could place an order and was completely ignored for over 15 minutes. Can we also talk about the removal of the soda machine???

One of the worst locations I've been to - last couple of times I went, received fries that taste like rancid vegetable oil, leaving a nasty aftertaste. And the burgers aren't much better... tasteless, bland, and like they'd sat out for too long. Plus, I had to ask for sauce at the window, even if I already ordered it on the app, it wasn't included in the bag. Drive a few miles further down the road to the one in Glenpool - food tasted fresher, better quality and service was better, from my experience at least.
