McDonald's

Trash was everywhere. Tables were dirty. They were behind on orders. Trash cans overflowing. Bathroom was filthy. I won’t come back to this location. I would give zero stars if I could.

I had a very disappointing experience here today, mainly due to staff attitude and poor customer service. While waiting, I witnessed an elderly woman being helped at the counter. She spoke clearly and was simply trying to place her order. A woman who appeared to be a manager (she had driven up in her car and came inside) was yelling at her in a very rude and impatient tone, repeatedly demanding “small, medium, or large” instead of calmly helping her. Another customer even stepped in to help the elderly woman because of how uncomfortable the situation was. The employee assisting her looked visibly annoyed and gave her rude looks, as if she was tired of dealing with her. After that, I went up to place a quick order for a chocolate sundae. This time, we ordered the $5 Saver Meal with Hot and Spicy McChicken, 4pc Nuggets, fries and drink as well as the Daily Double Burger ($4). When my unsweetened tea was mistakenly brought out as sweet tea I thought no big deal ill fix it myself at the self serve fountain so i dumped my drink and went to fill ice and no ice. Turns out they have permanently shut off the self serve fountain inside this mcdonalds. When I brought to the counter to have them fix they told me no refills I'd have to buy another drink. They didn't believe me that I had gotten the wrong item and had dumped my cup in the non functional self serve. Lost a customer over 20oz of tea....not smart Sand City McDonalds.

Today is 12-13-2024 I was so hungry and decided to try this McDonald's location. I ordered a Quarter pounder NO PICKLES with fries and lemonade . I'M NOT ALLERGIC TO PICKLES.! OTHERWISE I'll be dead by now. My burger had PICKLES on it, and the fries were cold and saggy. ALSO NO NAPKINS ON THE BAG! Was I Supposed to clean myself with the Paper bag? The guy who took our order was nice ! By Drive through! Lady who gave the food didn’t double check if there was at least 1 napkin. I'm very disappointed about this matter . Hopefully for next customers they can do Better. I added the picture of my food.
