McDonald's

I waited in the drive thru for my mobile order for over 35 MINUTES. This is how my bag looked right after it was handed to me. Food just thrown in with no napkins!

My burger was burnt it tastes very charred, and I asked for a coke and recieved what I believe is a doctor pepper.

Stopped for a quick lunch and received chicken nuggets for my son and the nuggets looked like they’re half eaten/raw. The quality of the chicken nuggets were very poor like they have no standards for how their food looks when they put it out. When we tried to call, they apparently “couldn’t hear us” and were very disrespectful and made us come all the way back into the store so my child had food to eat.

I have picked up food via the drive-thru after ordering on the mobile app several times, and I have had repeated issues with this location taking an inexcusable amount of time to prepare my order. I remember on one occasion ordering on the app approx. 45 minutes before arriving, and when I had gotten there I had to wait an additional 30 minutes in their "reserved mobile order parking". I can probably count on one hand the number of times I've ordered from here and DIDN'T have to park and wait for my food, including days where business is slower than normal. Several times the staff were inattentive and too busy joking with each other to pay attention when I was speaking with them at the drive-thru window. This McDonald’s is in very bad shape, The store is very filthy from the outside to the inside, I’m wearing my work attire and I still felt disgusted to dine in and eat, All the tables are covered in left over crumbs from previous customers and there’s garbage all over the floor, The Employees are very rude and don’t care how your food is made or wether is made correctly.. When I address the issue with the cashier she caught a attitude with me even tho the cook herself agreed that it was made incorrectly and it wasn’t suppose to be on my tray
