McDonald's

I do not believe I have ever ate here without cleaning the table myself, nor has my order ever been 90% correct much less 100%. Repeatedly sauce for kids meal and or the apples have been forgotten, no napkins given, and or no cups given. The staff does their best to ignore the dine-in customer so when they do forget/overlook something it takes at least 5 mins to speak to someone about it, so by the time you get back to your table your food is cold. If their was not a play area at this location I would not come here. The drive thru is typically much better especially when Rodney is on shift.

My daughter ordered me a double cheeseburger with out onions and she got home and gave me my order and it's full of onions so now I can't eat it I'm allergic to onions

They are really slow here, it took 18 min to get a double cheeseburger meal at 8:00pm I ordered inside and waited. The employees don't seem to be concerned or care. McDonald's corporation probably doesn't know because they pull the tickets as soon as you order only to stick them to the counter and just wait to fulfill them at there leisure .The monitor screen says now serving immediately after you pay at the kiosk. Be prepared to wait.

Shame on me for not checking my order but with antsy kids I just wanted to get home. After waiting over 20 minutes in line for our food I get half of a large fry, a missing apple juice, only 10 of the 20 nuggets ordered and all the food was cold.

ATTENTION DAVID came in to McDonald’s and was greeted by one of your best employees that I have seen your facility hire in The past three years I’ve been in Arizona he made sure we had everything we need and went above and beyond for each and every customer that was in the store he made the environment more welcoming and fun to be in if you ever come to McDonald’s I suggest you ask for blue please give that man a raise he has some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen in a fast food chain in my life so thank you blue for helping me with my needs tonight
