McDonald's

This McDonald’s continues to fall short of service and quality despite the busy area that it resides in. Every time I come here something’s not working something is out or whatever. I don’t believe this McDonald’s is being kept up because they are individually owned. This daily double was put together sloppy, and it looks like it was converted from a double cheeseburger.

I purchased a delicious caramel macchiato. I appreciate the well-lit, tranquil ambiance in the evening. It is a tidy and inviting establishment. Sitting and enjoying my warm beverage before starting my third shift job is very relaxing.

Placed an order in the app for coffee and french fries and I used points, so I can’t get my points refunded. We pulled through the drive thru within 5 minutes of placing our order. There was a car in front of us and to the side of us that took their sweet time ordering and were laughing and flirting through the speaker. When we pulled into the area for the speaker we gave our order number and the gentleman stated that they “just ran out of food.” It was 3:09 AM and they close at 4. Was the plan to have no food for 50 min? We literally just wanted fries and coffee… He didn’t offer for us to wait 10 min and get our order. Just said they had nothing and we had to leave. Did an online order to pickup in the drive thru. The drive thru person was very professional and joyful. Our food was so hot and fresh. Nothing was overcooked. The fries and burger was perfect. The milkshakes was to my kids liking with a lot of whip cream. Highly recommend this location.

Y’all. When I tell you. I can’t make this stuff up. I don’t understand why these people work in customer service and not have a strong leadership team excelling on that level of what’s supposed to be an expertise. The morning crew is rude, unprofessional and NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED so that the owner(s) can make better decisions on bringing in people to represent them and the organization well. I have been visiting this location on Spring Rd. for the past two years. This is the most convenient location, being that I live across from the TKE tower out in Truist Park. I order the same meal every morning and each morning, there is a different issue. The prices are inconsistent and the crew members aren’t properly trained with the POS.
