Stopped for dinner while on our trip from Richmond to Raleigh. Shareable Meal 20 nuggets, 2 medium fries, 2 large sodas, and 2 apple pies, just $16.91. What a deal! Ordered at the kiosk, paid at the counter, and they brought our food to us. Even went and got a few extra hot mustard for us. Everything was hot. We got it pretty quick. One of the few times, everything was right at a Micky D's! Great location!

My parents went here to get food and to get a mocha frappe and they said they don’t make those like what it’s clearly on the menu and it was only 7:29 they probably were just to lazy to make it only takes like a min to make I worked at a ice cream shop that had similar items its not that hard smh

I just left from here a few minutes ago in the drive thru and the service was terrible the two young ladies that were in the 1 & 2nd window were very rude. I greeted them and even said thank you and they didn’t say anything back, just attitude. I won’t be coming back anymore. Customer service is everything and if employees are having a rough day or don’t like their job then they should go somewhere else but to take it out on customers is crazy. If the service ain’t good there’s no need to spend my money there period and this is the second time I received bad customer service there.

We ordered at the McDonald’s in South Hill On Atlantic st. On May 18th it was at night like 11pm Our order was wrong we tried calling once we got home and realized an we got no answer. We have been trying to find their corporate number and haven’t been able to locate it so we are doing a review. They didn’t give us a receipt, the fries were old so were the burgers we ordered 4 double cheeseburgers, we ordered an 10 piece nugget that was old and tough and only received 8 nuggets we asked for sweet tea and received unsweetened tea. We are highly upset, we spent 25$ and was very unsatisfied and couldn't get an answer on their phone to even return the food. We only received an order number “1593” on one of the burger tickets. We never want to eat at that location again, they’re just ridiculous
