Friendly and helpful staff. Clean tables. Hot food, right from the fryer. Thumbs up 👍

Ordered a hot honey biscuit meal with an orange juice and they gave me a chicken biscuit with no hashbrown. I was in a rush and needed something to eat so i figured that if I just ate the biscuit there would still be enough to return. They declined the refund because there was no food in the bag, even though they had the orange juice. Another employee stepped in and said “i checked the bag” even though she clearly didn’t.

Staffs are not professionally trained and not good at servicing customers. Hamburger is not warm and poor quality.

Hands down the CLEANEST and nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Stopped here after being stuck in snow ❄️ ⛄️ traffic for hours, and despite how busy it was, the staff was fast, friendly, and patient. Huge thank you to Issac, the manager, for keeping everything running smoothly and giving me the Gingerbread Man☺️ A much-needed warm and welcoming stop on our Christmas Day adventures🎄🎁❤️❤️

The exterior of the McDonald's is very nice. It carries the late Tahoe theme wood wood panels. The interior is modern with digital displays for kids to play with. However, on this particular occasion when I went in the whole restaurant smelled bad like there was a sewer issue or something. It could have just been this one time.
