Dear Team, I am writing to report a hygiene concern regarding the McDonald's location in South Windsor, Connecticut. During my visit 09/2018, I observed individuals exiting the restroom without washing their hands. Given the potential for germ transmission on shared surfaces, I am concerned about the sanitary conditions and the health of your customers. I believe it is important to take preventative measures to ensure public health protection. Could you please clarify what protocols are in place to ensure proper hygiene and frequent cleaning of high-touch areas at this location? Double quarter pounder top notch. Service need to listen better confirm all requests get the order right. Patient tho and effectively rectified the mistake and placed it as two different orders. As for atmosphere that small mistake intoleratad the front seat people trying to be cheap 😂 which made the car ride a lil tense.

My order was not right and they were not trying to understand the issue they just kept trying to charge me more to make my order right. When the manager decided to correct the problem she spoke like she was doing me a favor. It is apparent to me that if you like to purchase food from most McDonald’s you should go inside and point at the menu boards to make sure your order is correct, because the drive through may not get your order right and you will get what they want to give you and pay what they want to charge you. There is no time for getting it right!!

Now 9:20 pm and McDonald’s already closed. Employees decided to lock all doors because they don’t want to work

Pleasantly surprised how nice the employee was at the drive thru service area. Our food temperature was perfect, apple pie delicious. Only negative was the fries were overly salty. Otherwise I would have given a 5 rating.
