McDonald's

Like most children, they love McDonalds and my 5 and 6y/o grandchildren are no different. My grands especially like the indoor playscape. This happens to be the only McDonalds in the area that still have a playscape. Seeing that it was dinner time, I ordered the Mcnuggets and fries. Both were cold. I asked the young man who served me if he can have my meal cooked fresh. He said yes and the person who was cooking confirmed my request. Several minutes passed and I re-asked. My request was ignored and when I brought this matter to the manager, I was told that he had no knowledge of the matter and proceeded to tell me about his allergies acting up and that he doesn't hear very well, etc. I'm not sure what that all had to do with my issue. Meantime, he continued to speak to me in a condescendi

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would I go to McDonald’s every morning for breakfast on my way to work. This was the first and last time I will visit this location. The person taking the orders was extremely rude and she had an attitude as well as the person that is taking your payment at the second window. I ordered sausage McMuffin with egg and breakfast burrito. The breakfast burrito was not even able to be eaten. It was stuck to the paper when I unwrapped it. The whole thing fell apart and the tortilla ripped. It was completely disgusting and actually had to be thrown away. I will never again go to the McDonald’s at 1610. Boston Rd in Springfield management style is poor as well as a food preparedness.

Do not bother coming here they are constantly messing up the order every single time! All we wanted was 2 Plain Hamburgers & 2 McChickens with Extra Mayo and they gave us 2 Double Cheeseburgers and both McChickens had cheese. They can never get it right lol

The food was fresh and hot but took about 15 min to get my food . More like slow food

Just stopped by this location with my boys after a hot day at Six Flags. Ordered online to pick up at the counter and I have to say this was probably the best service I ever got at a McDonald’s . Matthew made sure we got everything corrected and that was VERY welcoming and polite. I believe he is one of the managers. Food was also very good ! But the service definitely impressed as unfortunately it doesn’t happen often at fast food places. Thanks Matthew !!!
