This isn't just a McDonald's; it is a high-performance engine of hospitality and efficiency. I visited immediately following a Michigan snowstorm, and while the elements were working against them, the staff was relentless. Despite the constant salt and slush being tracked in, the team was hyper-conscious of safety and cleanliness—mopping constantly and ensuring wet floor signs were clearly visible throughout the stunning, newly renovated interior. ​The management here has clearly fostered a culture of communication and precision. So I get it that its dog poop we are eating but I live 3 minutes away from this place. $13 for 2 mcdoubles and a shake is crazy enough. But to get home and have to heat my burgers and mix the shake myself because all the syrup was up top is literally the final straw! This place is in a good location but horrible management. From waiting 20 minutes for a bigmac, to getting laughed at by the manager when you are tired of waiting and try and cancel your order. Never again will I go to this place. And btw the Wendy's up the street is even worse! They have different prices every day! Anyways this McDonald's needs to be closed asap. Joke of a business!

I am very aware that McDonald’s could care less what their customers think of them. But I’m gonna write this anyways. I sat in the drive-through for over seven minutes waiting for someone to take my order. There wasn’t a single Word spoken to me. I then saw the sign that said the hearing-impaired can pull around to the window. I am hearing impaired, so I pulled around. And was told that they’d already taken somebody else’s order so they couldn’t take mine. Well, how can you not help a hearing impaired person? I asked to speak to a Manager. There absolutely has to be a way you can take my order. Take the order at the front register walk it over to the window would be what I do when I was a manager at McDonald’s. You know, back when McDonald’s gave a crap about their customers.. I was told

Honestly most people probably would leave 1 star, but it made me actually laugh out loud and I still received my burger so it’s fine, but please pay attention to what you’re putting in peoples bags. Looks like I received an employees dipping sauce in place of my nuggets.

I ordered a combo meal and asked for it to be large. When I got to the window they handed ea medium drink and I explained to the lady at the window that I ordered a large meal. With a very nasty tone the lady told me that I did not order that and proceeded to show me my receipt. I said that I understand what the receipt says but I ordered a large meal and I will pay the difference. She closed the window in my face. I tried getting her attention and I know she heard me as she stood by the window looking away from me. She then talked to another employee and pasted my receipt to the pop machine as in saying that this is all he gets. As the other employee was giving me my order I explained that I don’t want anything free I’ll pay the difference because I’m buying my team lunch at my job. That
