McDonald's

This has to be the worst McDonalds in existence. This McDonald’s is overpriced for no reason. All the McDonald’s in the area have better service and better prices. Do yourself a favor and just drive a couple minutes to any other McDonald’s in the area. Every time I order it’s 5-20 minute wait. Today I ordered online and had to wait 10 minutes with a line behind me until I finally thought maybe the speaker isn’t working, no the drive thru girl was flirting laughing with another customer. Instead of being apologetic she rolled her eyes said “what ya got?” I get home and open my son’s happy meal and see that his nuggets look stale and fry boxes weren’t even open. Looking at the reviews I’m not alone in feeling like this McDonalds just needs to be shut down.

It's unethical to deny one person entry into the store and not others. The manager was rude and stated it was a "safety concern" that I went into the store, where three other customers were already waiting for their food as well. I was waiting for a customer's order from Door Dash, as I was told by a customer who was exiting that store that they began to let Door Dash and Uber drivers into the store. The manager stated, "There's the door- do you need help finding it?", or something to that effect, and held the door open for me and told me to go through the drive through. He stated the other people weren't supposed to be in there, either, and that they would be leaving; however, he didn't make them leave at all, only me. I'm literally sitting in the drive thru, typing up this review. Still waiting. There was only 1 car ahead of me. I dont know why its taking so long with so many people running around in there. This is the second time cuz I thought it was a busy night the first time. This crew is probably the worse I've seen. They are just parking car after car to beat the timer. I'm in the food industry too so I have sympathy for hard workers, but this crew is crap.

horrible service. I ordered the most simplest thing on the menu. the person at the window told us to move forward. They weren’t even busy. They left us waiting for more than 10 min. Everyone behind us got their food. Come to find out they forgot our order and demanded our receipt. One of the employees who was kind enough to help us and apologized said their staff is the worst and mentioned one of them was on the phone taking a person call while on the clock. Never coming here again.

This location is the in WORST restaurant ever. They had no fountain drinks due to carbonation issue. They had no signs throughout the entire restaurant to show this. And when you order your told no sodas, given two options of tea or lemonade and when you ask for lemonade or being told, there’s an up charge for lemonade when you ask why it’s because it just is and even if we have no and drinks I told you ahead of time so I still can charge you, that is beyond the worst service ever for one then have to wait 20 minutes for two happy meals negative cheeseburger 20 minutes. Ridiculous.
