McDonald's

Every time I drive through Stark I stop at this McDonalds. The food has never let me down or the customer service. This last visit they were busy and had to wait in the drive thru for a few extra minutes. But they were cranking out food and IT LOOKED AND TASTED AMAZING! My food look picture perfect and hit the spot! Please keep it up.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but today I'll make an exception. My complaint starts a few weeks ago when they had their Grinch boxes. My daughter and I really wanted to try the pickle fries and to have the cute socks. We made an order online on the app and then drove across the street to get in line to pick it up. 1 hour later we made it to the window to receive our food. The lady at the window informed me that I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes to get my food. After a short discussion, a manager was able to find my food and give it to me. I should have checked my bag, but the line behind me was so long and I was not wanting to hold them up any longer. We got home, the fries and the sauces were not in the bag!! I just wanted the pickle fries!!! 2nd issue came the other day

It was horrible, waited in line 50min, literally.. get past the first window and WATCH the lady hand my order to the people infront of me, turns out that lady was higher than my electric bill, I refuse to believe otherwise . The way she was hyper flexing, had an attitude with me because I didnt want to move forward, nope im sorry I already waited damn near an hour and had my food given away. This is the worst location, I try to avoid going but sometimes I have to and everytime It gets worse

Really over 20 for this rotten food. Green egg? Waiting had already ate most bf noticing. if I get sick law suite. Plus management doesn't care.... Make my own at home from now on.

Mediocre McDonald’s. Customer service is a hit or miss. Some friendly workers, some who act bothered that you’re there. Ordered food and got home, my large fry was half empty, the fries were barely cooked, and my burger was smashed in. Disappointing. I’m giving two stars because the store is incredibly cleanly for a McDonald’s.
