McDonald's

Very long wait for food. Was asked for receipt at the window. Very disorganized and unprofessional service. Employees yelling through the window. This is the second time I’ve had to edit this post. After seeing the sweet tea had stuff floating in it and then a hair in my McChicken. Disgusting. The McDonald’s in this area are terrible, but this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve visited.

I’d like to bring to your attention that the McDonald’s address 919 N. Harrison rd is operating and staff are not able to wash their hands. I noticed a plumbing issue after needing to wash my hands and there’s no running water. When I asked for a cup to get water to wash my hands ,I was given attitude. The bathrooms are deplorable no soap just an open bottle no toilet paper literally the toilet paper dispenser is off the wall. Paper towel dispenser is open with no paper towel. No signs to say it’s out of order. And when brought to their attention, I believe the manager, a tall, skinny, dark skin male in a yellow shirt had the worse attitude.And you can’t even contact upper management because the email does not work. So you really can not notify anyone.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am writing to report an extremely unprofessional and distressing incident that occurred during my visit to your drive-through. While placing my order over the intercom, the staff member was rude in her tone. When I arrived at the window, I was asked to pull forward because fresh fries were being prepared. Two female employees approached my vehicle, although only one was necessary. The employee who had taken my order then asked if I was the person who had been “yelling” at her over the speaker. I calmly stated that I did not yell at anyone. At that point, she continued to accuse me while intentionally holding my food away from me. When I attempted to take my order, she pulled it back abruptly, causing the bag to rip and the food to spill onto the groun

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s around lunchtime yesterday. When my child politely asked for the bathroom key, a young male staff member responded in an extremely unprofessional manner, even cussing at my child. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a family-friendly restaurant where children should feel safe and respected. Management needs to take immediate action to address staff training and professionalism at this location. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this McDonald’s to other families.

Very unprofessional staff non-caring. You get service when they have time to serve you, management have no control or care will not follow any company politics. Bathroom insanity nasty, floors not mop all day, dogs in the restaurant, people sleeping on the table most of the day, food not prepared properly and cold etc. I don't and won't eat anything prepared at this store. I only get coffee and that is COLD too. P.S. some of your employees need better hygiene. When owner and upper management don't care???. Why would your employees care.
