McDonald's

Only been here twice but both times have been good for me. Mobile orders have been quick. Counter person (man) at my second visit had a very warm and upbeat personality. Good for if you’ve been peckish and need something quick. Also good if you need to charge your phone like I am doing right now as they have an outlet at some of the booths.

It's a mcdonalds. The chicken sandwiches have definitely gotten thinner and less flavorful. The formula has changed but I don't think its anything to do with the store itself as it seems to be a company issue. The staff was extremely nice and everyone was trying their best when we went.

This location constantly messes up orders. I paid for 10 McNuggets and didn’t receive them. This is not the first time, which makes it even worse. Staff clearly does not check orders before handing them out. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I will not be coming back unless this issue is taken seriously.

I was on the phone for over 5 min with the branch that I usually go. And no wonder they've gone down in rating ‘cos I remember when they were at 4.4. They do not know how to take an order. They don’t know what’s salt packets for someone who has heart condition not to add it. Very incompetent staff. Owner has to train ‘em better or replace ‘em.
