McDonald's

Let me preface by saying that this is exactly how they came out of the bag AND there were no bag fries at the bottom of the bag. This was my "large fry". Also, nuggets cold and of course no napkins. Don't know when that became an industry standard. They gave me the wrong drink, however, the nice young person at the window gave me the correct drink and told me to keep the incorrect one. My grandson scored on that one.

I went through the drive through and whoever took our order was rude and short with us, we even said hello and were trying to be nice. She never responded to questions and all she said was our total, it was so weird. Everyone else who talked to us was super sweet though!

I have yet to ever get my entire meal from this place since I moved close by 4 months ago. Every time I don't order breakfast I have been missing at least one item. Once I get, but it's been 4 or 5 times now. I'm done.

Service was awful. I was charged for a medium Caramel iced coffee latte and I was provided a small iced coffee latte and when I asked the representative why my latte was so small she justified the reason due to a size change of the coffee, which was totally incorrect. I tried to explain that the size she served my coffee in was the orange juice cup, not the coffee cup, but she refused to listen and did not change my medium size order I paid for. I was not provided any correction from customer service representative at this. McDonald’s don’t go here. It’s terrible although it’s brand new.

I would rate the service except for the fact that i didnt recieve any. Nobody at window for several minutes. Went inside, nobody at counter. Waited several minutes attempting to flag someone down. Eventually someone looked me in the eyes and than walked away wich was the final for me. She afterwards attempted to help but her broken English came off aggressive and impolite. I left hungry and frustrated
