McDonald's-Tyler Creek-O'Keefe Family Restaurants

I’ve lived near this McDonald’s forever. It’s never once provided good service food or quality. Today I waited for 15 minutes In a spot after ordering at the drive through. I got 10 nuggets a small fry and a large shake. It took 15 minutes to bring me cold food that tastes like it’s been sitting out all day. Worst McDonald’s you could ever go to. Drive through lady would barely talk. So much for new ownership. Owners are just as scummy as the last.

Slowest service, incompetent people. Have to say your order at least three times for them to comprehend it. Don’t bother making a mobile order though because they’ll still have you pull around and wait almost ten minutes for just an iced coffee. Genuinely hate coming here but the girl with the blue hair makes my coffee so good lol. Literally have to leave 30 minutes early just to get an iced coffee.

I don’t live in the area, but I pass through with my job from time to time and have stopped at this McDonald’s a few times. Every time I go, food is very fresh, employees are kind and capable, and they offer coupons and deals that can be redeemed at the location. It’s refreshing to see a McDonald’s owned and managed by people that care and market towards what customers want.

Terrible under new ownership! My husband ordered to basic meals tonight with no customizations and had to pull forward and wait despite being the only car in the drive thru. He got home to find both medium fries not even half full, no straws, and sweet tea despite confirming unsweetened tea multiple times.

I've been here a few times and haven't really had too many issues. Today, however, made no sense. I put in an order for a small black coffee through the app. I went inside thinking it would be faster than the drive thru. Only two people were ahead of me. I waited about ten minutes before realizing I wasn't getting service anytime soon and I'll take my chances with drive thru. I got to the intercom and told them my order number. They said they couldn't find it. I assured them it was ordered and showed in my screen and that I would show them at the widow. After about another five minutes or so I got to the first window. I explained the situation again and showed the guy working the window it was, in fact, in ordered. I told him it was just for a small black coffee and he told me to just
