I just ordered an oreo mcflurry twice through doordash and they delivered a mocha frappe both times super unreliable place and braindead workers

Ordered on the mobile app for drive thru pickup ordered a Big Mac no cheese. They put cheese on it I tried to check it but unlike all other burger chains in America they put the cheese under the bottom patties where you can’t see it with out taking the burger out of the carton and getting lettuce all over the place. This happened to me at least 3 times last year and one time I went back to get the correct burger but my fries got cold and my drink got water down because of sitting so long. This place should hire people who can read. By the way they were not busy.

The drive thru workers here is either dumb or incompetent or both. He didn't know that you can add an extra patty to a cheeseburger happy meal. He consulted with another worker and add it as an extra sausage to charge me more. Never had this issue with any other McDonald's drive thru or the self serve kiosks. Instead of simply adding an extra patty he added an additional sausage for $3.09

I had a vanilla ice cream cone and small Carmel frappachino .it was outstanding and delicious .I enjoyed it .I will come back again .I livecdokalds mobile app to gain points when I go there. It helps me save a few dollars when I get to cash out an item or 2.

It's 02/08/2026 tonight the drive thru guy is to bad, he is bothering customer and he do bad behavior. He is bothering me how you guys hire these dumb people. If some response and let management know. You are going lose your business in Union City.
