McDonald's

Food is fine it's a McDonald's. The issue I had is the fact that I pulled up to the speaker to order got greeted then told to hold on. They then proceeded to serve 7 other cars before me I ended up waiting 15 minutes before I was able to order. It could be a staffing issue or it could just be that the lane timer is only on the left lane but it's still ridiculous that 7 other cars got served before me when they were just pulling up to the speaker.

I had a very disappointing experience here today. Because they were rushing, they completely messed up our order. When we politely pointed out the mistake, the staff’s reaction was incredibly unprofessional—they actually cursed at us. Errors happen, but being met with verbal abuse when asking for what you paid for is unacceptable. I won't be returning.

I ordered breakfast on the spot on my way to work on 2/27/26. I chose to pick up in store. I got a notification that my order was ready. I arrived within 5 minutes at 7:15am. The doors were locked and I could not enter the lobby. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building. After staying in the line, I finally left or else I would’ve been late for work. I’ve been trying to call the store and the phone line is busy like it’s off the hook. I can’t get a refund on the app. I NEED MY MONEY!! The owner or manager needs to contact me about refunding my money. Why give the option to pick up inside and the doors are locked. Worst experience ever!!

Ok, here’s the low down. I have been going to this McDonald’s for a few years now since it is close to where I work and it’s usually the fastest food I can get nearby. The employees at this place are doing their best. Often this location is understaffed and so you need to be patient and grateful there are people there to serve you. I can only theorize, but I assume there is high turnover and it’s understaffed because of whoever is in charge of paying/scheduling the employees. The food is what is expected at any McDonald’s, but I would not go here if you’re in a super big rush and tend to get hangry. Please be kind, but don’t expect to get special attention.

I have been to this McDonald's occasionally. It is to be avoided. Nearly all visits have involed an app order problem. Extreme delays in order delivery of 15-20 minutes or more and a staff that has absolutely no care for service or hospitality. Got to other McDonald's in the area. Not this one. Probably a bad franchise owner situation.
