This was one of the worse experiences we've ever had at a McDonald's, Lady takes our order, we wait and wait she finally calls our number and my order is wrong, the receipt plainly shows egg and cheese biscuit, sub round egg but they gave me a steak biscuit, my husband tells her she looks at our receipt grabs the steak biscuit, comes back with a egg biscuit but it's a folded egg not round. I got irritated and went to the lobby while my husband dealt with her, She was taking another customers order and told him that she was tired of dealing with difficult people, excuse me, if you would get a simple order right people wouldn't become difficult. had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s. I ordered my food at the counter and was ready to pay, but ended up waiting 15–20 minutes while the server completely ignored me. I wasn’t the only one — several other customers were also standing there waiting to pay, and no one acknowledged us. The staff kept walking back and forth without helping anyone at the counter. After waiting that long with no service or explanation, all of us eventually left without ordering. This is unacceptable for a place like McDonald’s. Terrible counter service, zero customer care. I won’t be coming back.

Never AGAIN! We threw 23$ in the trash! Went inside to order , fixed our drinks which were all FLAT! We told cashier, and asked if they could fix them possibly from the back drive thru area. She said NO they all like that! I asked flat?? She said yep! You can have iced coffee or tea, Neither of which any of us like. So we payed for drinks there then went next door to gas station and paid for more drinks! NO offer of refund from McDs! Now were $10$ in, in drinks, get to car back on road to a DOUGHY biscuits , not warm & BARELY Even baked! COLD dried out hashbrowns and mcgriddle with a rubber cold egg! YUCK YUCK! Come on people! My standards are usually already low for McDonald’s how ever this one takes the cake for the worst. This is the closest restaurant to my house so I came here for food, huge mistake. The drive through took 20 minutes just for them to take my order. They were out of Diet Coke, Coke Zero and couldn’t even make a double quarter pounder with cheese. This is the second time in a row I’ve been here and they’ve been out of food. It’s 6 o’clock on a Friday how are you out of food? On top of that it took another 20 minutes to get my food absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your time here take the next exit. The only thing I’ll give them is the employees at the window are usually nice.

Menu screen was off so i ordered my go to breakfast, the big breakfast with hotcakes… the cashier said we ain’t go nun dat I asked watcha got then? She/he said we ain’t got nunen … i was so confused because why would you ask why can i get you? And you don’t have anything to give me? IDK so ghetto
