This newly opened McDonald's at Fairway Village is already up and running! The service was fast, and the staff were friendly and efficient, even in the early morning. My breakfast hot cakes were fresh and hash browns were hot and fresh, and the order was correct. The team seemed to be well-trained and excited.

I'm having breakfast here, wonderful place, friendly personnel and lovely food.

The service is very slow and sub par and recently 1/24/26 I went for breakfast and not only did I have to wait 20 minutes for a mobile order they still forgot a sandwich. Now I’m stuck trying to get in touch and get a refund.

So I’ve been here enough times to know that the service is terrible through the drive thru. They either mess up your order or have you waiting at the 3rd window for an extended period of time. Then people that take the orders have bad communication/listening skills, which causes order error. What makes it worse is the place just opened lol..

i really hate leaving bad reviews but this was the worst experience at a mcdonald’s i’ve ever had. i placed a mobile order and waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes (over half of which was waiting at the speaker to give my code). the kid at the window asked what our order was and rolled his eyes when i told him. then rolled his eyes again when he tried to hand me drinks that were not ours. the food was cold when we finally got it. it’s mcdonald’s so im not expecting world class service but DAMN 😭
